Our Journey
How We Started
Silas Frazier Jr, of Silas Frazier Realty has been in real estate since 1989. He is a former Educator. He started his company in 2000 because he believed that there was a better way to help clients with their real estate needs. Since then he and his company have been very successful serving both clients and customers. Silas is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, the Dekalb Board of Realtors and The National Association of Residential Property Managers. Silas believes in giving back to the community. He sponsors youth groups and supports different foundations.
Silas has successfully raised two children – a daughter who is in the medical field and a son who has successfully finished West Point Military Academy in 2003 and now owns a medical distributorship company. Silas also has six wonderful grandchildren – 5 grandsons and one lovely granddaughter, and also a son-in-law.

I used Silas Frazier Realty to purchase my home. I found my house on August 1st and completed all docs as advised by Mr. Frazier. I closed with ease on August 31st. This company has also provided stellar property management service for my home for over 5 years. They were the point of contact when my tenant needed assistance. After my first few conversations with Silas Frazier of Silas Frazier Realty, I knew he would be a game changer. He educated me on home buying and the market which was something my previous realtor not banker had done. Mr. Silas level set my expectations and made sure my expectations aligned with reality. What I loved and benefited most from Mr. Silas was his network of connections. As a seasoned broker, he had solid connections which in turn made the buying process flawless. Silas Frazier and his team of professionals have been managing my property in Ellenwood for over ten years while I worked overseas. They have regularly inspected and protected my property as tenants moved in and out over the years. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and competence that has been displayed. Silas was always quick to get in touch with me and to ask of my wishes if anything went wrong. That is why that I also chose Silas Frazier when I was ready to sell. The Silas Frazier Realty team, are wonderful to work with. I solicited this company for a client of mine who was seeking a property management company to manage his properties while he was stationed out of the country. Within 1-2 days, they had appointments to show his properties and had them rented within 2 weeks prior to my client’s departure. Their level of communication and attentiveness was outstanding. Most PM companies will not personally meet with an owner without signing a contract. However, Silas and his team met with my client at his properties and covered all of the details and shared their philosophy. They don’t use high pressured sell tactics. Their approach was very down to earth, authentic, and genuine. I bought an investment property that was in a really bad area in Riverdale , Ga. For almost 7 years I lost money had horrible tenants, neighbors who vandalized the property stealing air conditioning units etc. I have been trying to sell the three unit dwelling but could not get anyone interested. I met Mr. Fraser and told him all the problems that I have been having with the property. Three weeks later I had a cash offer on the property that far exceeded what I was expecting. The closing was quick and easy I was able to get my original investment that I had put into the property. Mr. Frazier was professional, knowledgeable, honorable, and kind hearted. I’m so thankful to have used his services.

I was glad that I used Silas Frazier Realty to help me purchase my home. I had used two other companies before coming to Silas Frazier. I am a very picky lady and was not going to work with an agent who only was interested in making a commission. Silas worked with me for about six months. He only showed me homes that I liked and never rushed me to pick my home. It was great working with Silas. I will tell all my friends to talk with him before purchasing a home.

I recently rented, sold, and purchased a new home using Silas Frazier Realty and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Mr Frazier’s professionalism and service. I dealt with his office staff on many occasions since I was also using the company for property management. Gen was also very courteous, professional, and quickly responded to voicemails or emails whenever I had a question or concern. I’ve referred Silas Frazier Realty to family members through the years and we all have been extremely pleased!!!!
